About the Company

Responsibilities

  • Advise on design: shape the structure and features of collateral products to align with utility credit standards
  • Guide utility engagement: identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within utilities
  • Stress-test acceptance: anticipate potential objections and refine messaging to maximize credibility
  • Leverage your network: open doors to relevant contacts across utilities and industry associations
  • Be a sounding board: provide perspective on how utilities perceive credit risk, collateral, and counterparties

Requirements

  • Former treasurer, CFO, or senior credit/risk executive at a major electric utility
  • Direct responsibility for managing credit exposure and overseeing collateral instruments
  • Strong relationships across the utility sector, including credit, treasury, and risk decision-makers
  • Deep understanding of utility credit risk, liquidity, and collateral policies
  • Experience with renewable energy credit dynamics or renewable PPAs is a plus
