AEM Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom AEM components, templates, dialogs, and OSGi services
• Build multi-site and multi-lingual publishing solutions using AEM WCM and DAM
• Guide migration efforts to AEM as a Cloud Service
• Integrate AEM with third-party systems like CRM and Adobe Analytics
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Optimize application performance and security compliance
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Requirements

• 5+ years of total software development experience
• 3+ to 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service)
• Deep understanding of Apache Sling, Apache Felix (OSGi), JCR, and CRX
• Proficiency in building Touch UI components using Granite UI and HTL
• Advanced proficiency in Core Java/J2EE and REST web services
• Solid front-end foundation in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript
• Experience with build automation tools like Maven, Webpack, and Git
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Adobe-certified expert credentials
• Experience with headless content delivery (GraphQL)
• Exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem tools
