About the Company

Sol Aerial Surveys is a nationwide aerial survey company that provides a multi engine platform across North America. We hold true to our core values: Safety, Hard Work, Integrity and “The Little Things Matter”.

Responsibilities

  • Fly planes located anywhere in the lower 48 or Canada
  • Operate Multi-Engine Aircraft Single Pilot
  • Manage the aircrafts movements and airports cross country
  • Maintain a clean internal and external aircraft
  • Complete daily forms about aircraft and plane condition
  • Work with Flight Operations and in house Maintenance team on decision making
  • Work with maintenance facilities throughout the country to maintain a safe aircraft
  • Navigate high traffic airspaces, restricted and prohibited airspace and the SFRA

Requirements

  • FAA Commercial Multi-Engine
  • FAA Instrument Rating (Current and proficient)
  • High Performance Endorsement
  • Complex Endorsement
  • First Class or Second Class Medical
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Current passport with at least six-months of validity remaining
  • Legal right to work in the United States
  • 650 Total Time in an Aircraft
  • 40 hours of MEL at time of hire
  • FCC Radio License
  • Multi Engine Night Current and proficient

Preferred Qualifications

  • 80+ hours of MEL Piston
  • Caravan Time
  • A&P Time
  • Prior Survey Experience
  • CFI/CFII/MEI
