Affiliate Manager

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and grow affiliate partners including SEO webmasters, tipsters, streamers, and media buyers
• Negotiate and structure deal terms using Rev share, CPA, and hybrid models
• Manage the end-to-end affiliate pipeline from prospecting and outreach to closing and onboarding
• Optimize partner performance through weekly check-ins, promo calendars, and offer refreshes
• Ensure clean attribution using UTMs, postbacks, and tracking links while troubleshooting issues
• Monitor traffic quality to protect the platform from fraud, bonus abuse, and low-quality traffic
• Maintain detailed reporting on FTDs, deposit volume, NGR, and partner-level profitability

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in affiliate management or performance partnerships
• Proven experience in iGaming, crypto, or fintech sectors
• Strong negotiation skills and deep understanding of Rev share, CPA, and hybrid commission models
• Technical knowledge of attribution methods including postbacks, UTMs, and tracking links
• Experience using affiliate platforms such as Affilka or similar tools
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions based on performance metrics
• Experience working with Risk and Fraud teams to manage traffic quality
