Affiliate Marketing Manager

About the Company

LumiMeds is a fast-growing U.S.-based telehealth startup focused on weight management and long-term metabolic health. We are building the next generation of e-commerce and clinical infrastructure from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage LumiMeds' affiliate and partner program across networks and direct relationships
• Recruit and onboard high-fit affiliates including health bloggers, wellness creators, and telehealth review sites
• Negotiate commission structures, CPA deals, and hybrid arrangements
• Activate and re-engage existing partners through promotions and creative assets
• Monitor fraud, compliance, and brand safety across all affiliate placements
• Work with legal/compliance to ensure messaging meets FDA/FTC guidelines
• Report on affiliate contribution including new patients, revenue, CAC, ROAS, and LTV
• Identify and test adjacent partnership models such as referral programs and co-marketing deals

Requirements

• 3+ years managing affiliate or performance partnership programs
• Direct experience with major affiliate networks like Impact, ShareASale, or CJ
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, and hybrid commission structures
• Experience recruiting and managing publisher and creator relationships at scale
• Familiarity with fraud detection and compliance monitoring
• Data-driven mindset with ability to build dashboards and optimize performance
• Professional-level English communication skills
• Availability to work U.S. business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telehealth, DTC health, wellness, or subscription businesses
• Existing relationships with health/wellness publishers or comparison sites
