Responsibilities

• Own and scale Simple's affiliate program across US, UK, and Europe markets
• Build and manage editorial, newsletter, and media partnerships
• Brief partners with strong angles and hooks in collaboration with the creative team
• Collaborate with Growth, Creative, and Analytics teams to improve channel outcomes
• Forecast, track, and report on program and publisher performance
• Support the launch of a new brand program and establish partner infrastructure
• Conduct ongoing competitor analysis on commission structures and campaign approaches

Requirements

• 2+ years in affiliate or partnerships
• Proven track record scaling affiliate channels while hitting CPA and ROAS targets
• Strong creative instincts for writing briefs and identifying high-converting hooks
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Technical comfort with tracking infrastructure including postbacks, pixels, and UTMs
• Experience with Impact, Looker, Superset, or Jira

• Experience in health, wellness, or weight loss industries
