Affiliate Partner & Growth Scout

Responsibilities

• Prospect and integrate partners including KOLs, Telegram/WhatsApp community owners, and financial educators
• Activate communities by connecting active traders to the ecosystem using AI tools and copy trading features
• Utilize local incentives such as the Rewards Hub, registration bonuses, and trading competitions to drive conversions
• Manage a personal contact pipeline to act as a bridge between Brazilian traders and the exchange

Requirements

• Active network of KOLs, traders, or community managers in the Brazilian crypto/finance sector
• Practical understanding of crypto derivatives, perpetual contracts, and leverage mechanics
• Familiarity with Brazilian social ecosystems (Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube, X, Instagram, TikTok)
• Entrepreneurial profile with autonomy and result-oriented focus
• Native or fluent Portuguese and functional English for global reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as an affiliate manager or affiliate for crypto exchanges (CEX) or Forex markets
• Practical use of AI tools for prospecting and contact management
