Affiliate Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and strategic partners
• Drive affiliate performance growth across user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue contribution
• Monitor affiliate performance metrics and identify abnormal behaviors, risks, or growth opportunities
• Handle affiliate concerns professionally, including commission disputes and operational escalations
• Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal
• Design and execute joint campaigns, incentive programs, and partnership initiatives
• Analyze affiliate ROI, trading behaviors, and lifecycle performance to improve ecosystem efficiency
• Identify and prevent potential risks such as wash trading, arbitrage abuse, or non-compliant traffic sources

Requirements

• Experience in Crypto, FX, CFD, Trading Platforms, or related financial industries
• Familiarity with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission structures, and rebate mechanisms
• Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Key Account Management (KAM), or B2B partnership management
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trading volume, retention, and ROI
• High risk awareness regarding affiliate abuse and compliance concerns
• Fluency in English is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Trading or quantitative trading background
• Experience in compliance, risk control, or partner due diligence
• Experience managing online communities or affiliate ecosystems
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Russian
