Responsibilities
- Build and grow long-term relationships with high-value affiliates
- Negotiate custom deals including RevShare, Hybrid, and CPA
- Collaborate with brand and affiliate teams on joint initiatives
- Represent the company at major industry conferences and networking events
- Research industry insights and market situations
- Initiate strategic partnerships and co-branded activations
- Align affiliate marketing strategies with overall business goals
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in iGaming or high-risk industries
- Understanding of affiliate models and business processes
- Strong community connections with affiliates and market leaders
- Proficiency in CRM tools, trackers, and performance dashboards
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish language skills
- Experience with public speaking and partner-facing roles
