Responsibilities

  • Build and grow long-term relationships with high-value affiliates
  • Negotiate custom deals including RevShare, Hybrid, and CPA
  • Collaborate with brand and affiliate teams on joint initiatives
  • Represent the company at major industry conferences and networking events
  • Research industry insights and market situations
  • Initiate strategic partnerships and co-branded activations
  • Align affiliate marketing strategies with overall business goals

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in iGaming or high-risk industries
  • Understanding of affiliate models and business processes
  • Strong community connections with affiliates and market leaders
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, trackers, and performance dashboards
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Spanish language skills
  • Experience with public speaking and partner-facing roles
