Afghani/Dari Interpreter

Responsibilities

• Provide effective audio and video interpreting through a web based platform
• Answer inbound calls in a timely manner
• Provide superior customer service
• Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct and strict confidentiality standards
• Follow professional interpretation protocols and industry best practices

Requirements

• Full fluency in both English and Afghani/Dari
• Technology proficient in web-based platforms, email, and Microsoft Word
• Access to a quiet, secure interpreting space free from outside noises
• 1+ years of professional interpreting experience preferred
• Industry specific certifications such as CMI or CCHI preferred
