About the Company

SafeLease is a profitable insurance business that designs, underwrites, and distributes specialty coverage for commercial property owners and their tenants. We back our policies with our own capital, controlling the full stack from product design to technology.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit high-performing commercial lines agencies and brokers
• Lead the appointment process and train producers on the SafeLease portal
• Act as the primary point of contact for producer partners and conduct regular account reviews
• Educate producers on insurance products and technology advantages
• Drive premium growth by owning the pipeline from submission to bind
• Build distribution and referral relationships with property management customers

Requirements

• 5+ years in insurance distribution, agency management, or wholesale brokerage
• Strong commercial property insurance contacts
• Understanding of commercial P&C fundamentals
• Ability to proactively identify opportunities and build strategic plans

Preferred Qualifications

• Active surplus lines producer license
• Relevant surplus lines experience
