Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage guest inquiries and messages through various digital channels in real-time
  • Handle and confirm reservations using the Channel Manager
  • Monitor and follow up on online check-ins
  • Record and escalate incidents or urgent requests to the internal team
  • Ensure professional and agile service during evening, night, and weekend shifts

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality, or tourist apartment management
  • Training in sales and customer service
  • Availability to work Spanish time zone shifts (evenings, nights, and weekends)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency with digital tools
  • English proficiency at a B2 level or higher
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using a Channel Manager
  • Experience using ZOHO CRM
