Agentic AI Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions including autonomous agents and multi-agent systems
• Drive architecture governance, code quality, and technical standards
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms like Salesforce CRM, datalakes, and APIs
• Implement AI orchestration frameworks and agent-based workflow automation
• Integrate AI with legacy systems via RESTful APIs or middleware

Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and solution architecture
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and AI tools
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices
• Proven experience delivering digital transformation in highly regulated environments like fintech or banking
• Experience with frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with reinforcement learning, NLP, or computer vision
• Knowledge of AI ethics and bias mitigation strategies
