Agile Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Facilitate planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily coordination for AI product squads
• Coach product managers, data scientists, and engineers on agile principles
• Identify and resolve blockers and manage dependencies across teams
• Maintain visibility into tasks, issues, risks, and action items
• Plan and organize sprint demos and product testing events
• Track and improve delivery health using flow metrics
• Support onboarding of new team members and champion continuous improvement

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in agile delivery, facilitation, or team lead roles
• Demonstrated ability to use Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid approaches
• Agile certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent
• Familiarity with backlog and delivery management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in large, regulated industries

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting AI, data science, or machine learning teams
• Exposure to Epic implementation or healthcare IT environments
• Experience supporting multiple product teams simultaneously
• Understanding of healthcare operations or clinical informatics
