Responsibilities

  • Identify high-value Agent scenarios such as market assistance, decision support, and risk alerts
  • Design high-trust Agent interactions that balance intelligence with compliance and risk management
  • Lead the full Agent product lifecycle from MVP definition to launch and data-driven review
  • Establish evaluation standards for financial-grade Agents, focusing on intent recognition and tool calling accuracy

Requirements

  • Background in major tech companies or leading AI firms with experience in AI Agent or AI native products
  • Deep understanding of financial trading, investment, or wealth management scenarios
  • Strong sensitivity to consumer business growth, user activation, and retention
  • Ability to work independently to validate directions and drive product launches in uncertain environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with 0-to-1 commercialization projects or early-stage teams
  • Deep user of trading and investment products
