AI Agent Engineer & Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Design and build agents using Python and frameworks like CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain, or llama-index
• Incorporate browser automation (Playwright/Selenium) and computer vision/OCR (OpenCV, Tesseract)
• Connect REST/GraphQL APIs, vector stores, and RAG pipelines with security guardrails
• Define and track KPIs such as cost savings and turnaround time to optimize agent performance
• Containerize, deploy, and monitor agents using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Hire, mentor, and manage a small specialist team of 2–4 engineers

Requirements

• 6+ years in AI/ML, automation, or conversational AI engineering
• 2+ years building multi-step or multi-agent LLM solutions
• Expert-level Python skills and deep understanding of open-source AI tooling
• Proven experience delivering computer vision/OCR solutions for GUIs or documents
• Experience with browser automation using Playwright or Selenium
• Demonstrated success in achieving business-outcome KPIs
• Experience leading small technical teams in agile environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SAP APIs or SAP BTP
• Experience with cloud AI stacks such as AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or Google Vertex/Gemini
