Responsibilities

• Hunt down high-leverage processes and identify manual, repetitive, or error-prone work worth automating
• Translate vague workflows into precise specifications for automation
• Build automations using Python, APIs, MCP servers, Claude Skills, and agent workflows
• Instrument systems with logs and alerts to ensure reliability and performance
• Drive adoption and training among non-technical teams
• Determine when automations should be graduated into the core backend platform

Requirements

• Proven experience automating end-to-end business processes
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical teams to extract workflows
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, and scripting
• Fluency in agentic toolchains such as Claude Skills, MCP, and workflow orchestration tools
• Experience instrumenting and maintaining automated systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Startup experience and ability to wear multiple hats
• Background in solutions engineering, technical PM, consulting, or ops engineering
• Exposure to RPA tools like UiPath
• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries
• Fluency in Spanish
