AI Automation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows that reduce manual work across sales, recruiting, and client success
• Deliver 10-15 high-impact automations each month
• Replace repetitive processes with scalable, documented, and reliable systems
• Own the full workflow lifecycle from build to optimization and maintenance
• Track performance, adoption, and business impact, then iterate for better results
• Collaborate with teams to identify pain points and turn them into automation solutions
• Drive usage through clear documentation, training, and simple user experiences

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n
• Familiarity with AI tools and APIs such as OpenAI and Claude
• Experience working with CRM and operations tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, and Google Sheets
• Strong systems thinking and a focus on measurable business outcomes
• Ability to ship quickly, iterate, and maintain low-cost, low-maintenance workflows
• Reliable remote work setup with at least 15 Mbps internet, 8 GB RAM, and a quiet home office
