AI Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Define business needs and translate them into clear software requirements
• Lead discovery and audit sessions with clients across EdTech, Fintech, eCommerce, and Pharma
• Contribute to AI-driven prototyping and solution shaping using modern tools
• Conduct business and competitor analysis to inform optimal solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders, PMs, designers, and development teams
• Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize by business value
• Support pre-sales activities and early project phases
• Participate in backlog management and Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Requirements

• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience in a tech environment
• Upper-Intermediate+ English with proven USA/Europe client communication experience
• Strong knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodology and SDLC
• Expertise in requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and documentation analysis
• Proficiency with UML, BPMN, flow diagrams, and API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI)
• Hands-on experience with AI prototyping tools such as Lovable or Bolt
• Solid understanding of LLMs, AI models, and agents at a high level
• Technical background sufficient to discuss solution approaches with developers
• Track record driving discovery phases, client audits, and pre-sales activities
