AI Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with clients to define business goals and translate them into clear requirements
• Contribute to AI-driven prototyping and solution shaping, including LLM, RAG, and multi-agent systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders, PMs, and dev teams to turn raw ideas into a structured scope
• Design high-level architecture diagrams using the C4 model and plan AI integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, DWH)
• Write, refine, and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria in the backlog

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions
• Deep understanding of AI/ML system architecture, MLOps, data pipelines, and model deployment
• Experience with Azure (Azure Machine Learning, OpenAI, Copilot Studio), AWS SageMaker, or GCP Vertex AI
• Knowledge of RAG systems, LLM-based solutions, and multi-agent systems
• Proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or HuggingFace
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
• Ability to create Solution Design and C4 architecture diagrams
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing Copilot-like solutions and integration with Microsoft 365
• Experience optimizing the cost and performance of AI solutions
• Relevant certifications such as Azure AI Engineer, AWS ML Specialty, or TOGAF
• Experience participating in R&D projects, PoCs, or MVP development based on LLMs
• Experience as a team leader or mentoring technical specialists
