Responsibilities

• Generate AI image assets using prepared prompts, references, and quality criteria
• Create AI video assets through iterations and selection of high-quality outputs
• Generate AI avatars and talking-head videos for content tasks
• Utilize voiceover and text-to-speech tools to generate and check audio quality, intonation, and pacing
• Perform quality checks to filter out artifacts, unnatural anatomy, or poor motion
• Prepare selected results for handoff including cropping, resizing, and naming
• Communicate process issues, model errors, or instruction weaknesses to the team

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AI image generation
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation
• Strong visual judgment to evaluate realism, composition, and lighting
• High attention to detail regarding anatomy, lip sync, and artifacts
• Ability to work within defined production processes and iterative workflows
• Strong communication skills to explain task status and output issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools like Midjourney, Runway, Kling, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, or ComfyUI
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
• Basic image editing skills (Photoshop or Affinity)
• Experience creating content for mobile apps, ads, or social media
• Experience with node-based workflows or combining multiple AI tools
