AI Creative Director

Responsibilities

• Generate concepts and assets using AI tools, including image generation, text-to-design, and layout automation.
• Refine and develop prompts to drive high-quality creative output across multiple formats and visual styles.
• Lead multidisciplinary projects from ideation to final delivery, ensuring consistency and impact.
• Provide clear creative direction and hands-on feedback to help the team connect execution with intent.
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Lead client-facing conversations, presenting creative rationales and building trust with ambitious brands.
• Integrate AI-generated content into production workflows to drive process innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a creative lead or similar, guiding multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Proven experience using AI design tools as part of a thoughtful creative workflow.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence in branding, advertising, or presentations, including examples of AI-enhanced work.
• Excellent English communication skills for presenting ideas and supporting team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail and creative integrity.
