AI & Data Governance Consultant

Responsibilities

• Architect comprehensive AI and data governance frameworks for enterprise clients
• Advise C-suite executives on governance strategies, regulatory compliance, and AI ethics
• Develop and scale governance-as-a-service offerings, risk models, and ethical standards
• Conduct governance audits, model lifecycle management, and algorithmic audits
• Translate business needs into governance and compliance roadmaps
• Lead cross-functional teams and represent company in global AI forums and conferences

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in AI governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, or policy advisory (preferably in enterprise or multinational contexts)
• Proven ability to design and implement AI governance frameworks (GDPR, data protection, emerging AI regulations)
• Leadership experience in developing and scaling governance solutions and risk assessment models
• Deep familiarity with AI/ML governance, model lifecycle, algorithmic audits, bias detection, and explainability
• Experience working with Fortune 500 or large enterprises
• Strong knowledge of global data privacy regulations and cross-border data management
• Proficient with enterprise risk platforms and governance tech tools
• Ability to embed governance into AI product lifecycle
• Exceptional strategic thinking, executive communications, and stakeholder management
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Law, Risk Management, Policy Studies, or related field
• Ability to build strong relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Middle Eastern markets and cross-cultural regulatory environments
• Demonstrated thought leadership in AI ethics and regulations
