AI Data Scientist Senior

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of data science projects from conceptualization to deployment
• Develop and implement complex AI models using machine learning algorithms like neural networks and decision trees
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and success metrics
• Extract insights from clinical and operational data sources such as Epic Clarity, HL7, and DICOM
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists to foster professional growth
• Translate technical findings into compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and C++
• Expertise in machine learning methods and statistical analysis
• Experience with clinical data cleaning and healthcare datasets
