About the Company

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end implementations for a portfolio of strategic customers from planning through scale-up
  • Act as engagement manager by building project plans, aligning stakeholders, and managing risks
  • Translate business goals into deployment plans, defining use cases, success metrics, and roadmaps
  • Run regular customer touchpoints including weekly standups and executive readouts
  • Conduct business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) to demonstrate ROI and identify expansion opportunities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on workflow redesign and change management
  • Partner with GTM teams to identify new workflows and departments for automation
  • Feed customer insights back to Product, Engineering, and Sales to influence the roadmap
  • Codify deployment playbooks, templates, and best practices

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in management consulting, customer success, program management, or solutions management
  • Proven track record of leading complex enterprise SaaS implementations or transformation programs
  • Exceptional relationship building skills with ability to engage from frontline operators to C-suite
  • Structured and analytical mindset with ability to define KPIs and impact narratives
  • Commercial mindset focused on deepening value and expanding scope
  • Ability to work effectively with technical partners like engineers and architects
  • High bias to action and comfort working in early-stage startup environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare or revenue cycle management
  • Exposure to AI or automation technologies
