Responsibilities

• Apply generative models to real-world design scenarios including editorial illustration, marketing visuals, and brand assets
• Evaluate generated outputs to identify quality gaps, edge cases, and opportunities for improvement
• Compare and rank generated images based on composition, visual quality, consistency, and usability
• Source and curate image sets from permitted and licensed sources reflecting contemporary visual trends
• Develop realistic use-case scenarios with clear objectives and constraints to guide model iteration

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a designer, illustrator, art director, or visual creative
• A portfolio featuring recent and relevant work
• Strong visual taste and aesthetic judgment
• Experience working with real design briefs and constraints
• Ability to clearly explain visual solution preferences
• Comfort using experimental tools and providing structured feedback
• Hands-on experience with AI image tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in branding, marketing, editorial, product design, or illustration
• Agency or studio experience across multiple brands
• Freelance experience across diverse projects
• Interest in AI, generative models, or creative tooling
