AI Development Consultant – Agentic Environments

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents using modern frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
• Build APIs, pipelines, and integrations to connect agents with enterprise systems and partner platforms
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and manage vector databases for intelligent reasoning
• Prototype, test, and scale AI solutions from POC to production
• Work closely with the CIO’s office, client IT team, and external suppliers to align architecture and delivery
• Share knowledge and mentor teams as client builds its internal AI capability

Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, including 4-5 years in applied AI/ML
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (OpenAI, Llama, Claude, etc.)
• Agent frameworks and orchestration tools
• Python (primary language) with cloud/MLOps exposure
• Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) and embeddings
• Track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions in multi-vendor ecosystems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, or digital twins
• Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, and compliance frameworks
• Experience with enterprise workflow platforms
• Sector exposure in marine/offshore, logistics, or energy
