AI Engineer (Copilot)

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models aligned with business requirements.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing applications using APIs and SDKs.
• Optimize and fine-tune pre-trained generative AI models (e.g., GPT) for specific use cases.
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines to support AI workflows.
• Monitor model performance and retrain models to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven opportunities.
• Prototype AI solutions and present capabilities to stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI trends, tools, and best practices.
• Proactively monitor deployed AI systems and resolve performance or reliability issues.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and reliable.
• Document model architectures, development processes, and deployment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Strong knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Hands-on experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, or Google Cloud AI.
• Experience deploying AI models using RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Working knowledge of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft AI-900 – AI Fundamentals) are a plus.
