Responsibilities

• Build features and AI-enabled capabilities from 0-to-1
• Design application capabilities on top of foundational models
• Translate coaching insights into AI Agents and build data pipelines

Requirements

• Experience shipping data-related products into production
• Proficiency in dynamic programming languages and server-side web applications
• Understanding of core data engineering and software architecture concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with event-driven architectures
• Experience with Ruby on Rails or Laravel
• Productive integration of LLM-based coding tools into workflow
