AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ML models for high impact engineering solutions using NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics
• Build, train, and optimize deep learning models on cloud or on-premises compute
• Perform data collection and preprocessing for structured and unstructured data including numeric, images, videos, and documents
• Execute feature engineering to improve model performance and interpretability
• Assess model accuracy and robustness using statistical metrics and validation techniques
• Deploy and integrate models using Kubernetes, Flask, Ray Serve, Azure DevOps, or ONNX
• Research and experiment with new algorithms and frameworks to drive innovation
• Create comprehensive documentation of model architecture, data sources, and training processes
• Uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with data privacy and responsible AI regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch
• Experience with agentic frameworks, Langchain, and RAG
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD or relevant research experience
