Responsibilities

• Scale modular tools, intelligent workflows, and production-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
• Mature existing AI proofs-of-concept into reliable production systems
• Establish engineering rigor through Test-Driven Development (TDD), CI/CD automation, and infrastructure-as-code
• Partner with internal business groups like Sales, Marketing, and Finance to build scalable automation
• Implement robust monitoring, logging, and observability standards
• Maintain a reusable component library to enable rapid deployment of AI-driven workflows

Requirements

• Proven experience building scalable systems and driving measurable impact
• Ability to work in a remote-first environment with occasional travel
• Experience with TDD, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform)
• Proficiency in developing RAG systems and AI agents
