AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain LLM-based AI components to improve internal team efficiency and user-facing communications
• Experiment with and evaluate emerging frameworks, models, and architectures in the generative AI space
• Improve underlying data infrastructure to address challenges posed by LLM usage
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify use cases and design appropriate solutions
• Contribute to the technical vision for generative AI systems at PulsePoint

Requirements

• Python proficiency with NumPy, Pandas, and solid SQL skills
• Understanding of TDD principles and software engineering best practices
• Independence, initiative, and strong sense of ownership
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Experience developing AI/ML algorithms, LLM inference, embeddings, or VectorDBs
• Familiarity with Kubernetes for self-hosted infrastructure
