Sharebite is the leading meal benefits platform built exclusively for companies to feed their employees. Every meal ordered through the platform results in a meal donation to local partners to help combat food insecurity.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features across the product
• Develop a thorough understanding of systems, data models, and business logic
• Identify high-leverage automation opportunities
• Design and build AI agents and automated workflows using modern AI tooling
• Integrate LLMs into product workflows in a reliable and production-safe manner
• Evaluate, iterate, and improve AI systems based on real-world performance
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to solve user-facing problems

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• 1–2 years of hands-on AI engineering experience building LLM-powered systems in production
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or AWS Bedrock
• Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), vector databases, RAG pipelines, and agent frameworks
• Strong software engineering fundamentals including system design, testing, and debugging
• Clear communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to transition from full-stack engineering into specialized AI engineering
• Proactive ownership of product improvements
