Responsibilities

• Design and implement production-grade RAG pipelines and agentic workflows using Python
• Build systems handling real-world messy data including PDFs, scanned docs, images, and video
• Evaluate new models (LLMs, embedding models, object detection) and prototype approaches for government deliverables
• Document architectures and contribute to technical reports for contract deliverables
• Partner with pre-sales to architect solutions for complex client needs

Requirements

• Proven experience deploying Production RAG pipelines against real-world datasets
• Deep expertise in Agentic system design including tool-use and multi-agent orchestration
• Strong Python engineering skills for writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code
• Experience operating within AWS or GovCloud environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience fine-tuning NLP or object detection models
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks like hallucination detection and drift monitoring
• Knowledge of government security standards and working in different classification environments
• Existing Secret or TS security clearance
