AI Engineering Specialist

Responsibilities

• Define long-term architectural vision and AI engineering standards for high-criticality systemic products
• Lead evangelization, design, and structuring of cross-team native AI development ecosystems
• Ensure technical and economic governance of AI models, balancing token cost, latency, security, and data privacy

Requirements

• Proven experience with generative AI, LLMs, virtual assistants, and NLP
• Hands-on practice with vector databases, embeddings, RAG, and prompt engineering
• Experience orchestrating agents via code-first frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or CrewAI
• Strong backend development with Python, microservices, and event-driven architectures
• AWS cloud governance including ECS, security, and observability
• Experience designing internal AI frameworks and platforms for other teams
• Knowledge of code agents, SDD, Intent Development, and Harness Engineering with CI/CD
