AI Engineering Specialist

Responsibilities

• Define long-term architectural vision and AI engineering standards for high-criticality systemic products
• Lead the evangelization, design, and structuring of cross-team ecosystems for native AI development
• Ensure technical and economic governance of AI models, balancing token costs, latency, security, and data privacy

Requirements

• Proven experience in Generative AI, LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini, etc.), virtual assistants, and NLP
• Practice with vector databases, embeddings, RAG (including GraphRAG), prompt engineering, and context engineering
• Experience with agent orchestration via code-first frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, Autogen, etc.)
• Solid backend development experience (Python or similar), microservices, and event-driven architectures
• Experience with AWS cloud governance (ECS, security, observability) and advanced model benchmarking
• Experience designing internal AI engineering frameworks, libraries, or platforms
• Mastery of code-agent assisted cycles, SDD (Spec-Driven Development), and Intent Development
• Ability to design Harness Engineering infrastructures with CI/CD pipelines for semantic validation
