AI Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Learn each business function deeply by working closely with production, sales, marketing, and finance teams
• Partner with department managers to develop and deploy technical solutions to identified problems
• Proactively ideate on new opportunities for automation, data products, and system integrations
• Ship tools aggressively using AI coding tools and low/no-code platforms, owning the full lifecycle from scope to deployment
• Document processes lightly to enable non-technical teammates to self-serve

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building production-grade systems
• AI-native workflow approach, utilizing tools like Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, or Copilot as force multipliers
• Full-stack proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and SQL
• Strong experience with low/no-code automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, or Retool
• Proven track record of shipping internal tools or CRMs end-to-end (frontend, backend, database, and deployment)
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to translate non-technical requirements into technical specs
• Ability to work independently in an async-friendly, remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in CPG, beverage, food, or retail industries
• Background in data engineering, analytics, or time-series modeling
• Experience with data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery
• Familiarity with CPG data sources such as Shopify, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or distributor data (VIP, iDig)
