Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define visual direction and guidelines for ecommerce and campaign imagery for UAE markets
  • Create reference packs and photography guidance for source capture (flats, ghost mannequin)
  • Generate realistic, model-led imagery from flat shots using generative AI
  • Write, refine and maintain structured prompts and reference-led prompt libraries
  • Composite garments onto AI-generated models with technical accuracy (fit, drape, proportion)
  • Retouch and finish assets to commercial, ecommerce-ready standards in Photoshop
  • Ensure consistency across full product ranges (lighting, scale, skin tones, textures)
  • Deliver scalable image workflows and prepare final assets for ecommerce platforms and campaigns

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating ecommerce imagery using AI and compositing
  • Advanced Adobe Photoshop retouching skills
  • Strong understanding of garment fit and fabric behavior
  • Prompt engineering and reference-led prompting experience
  • Experience with ecommerce photography workflows (flats, ghost mannequin)
  • High visual standards and attention to detail
  • Ability to iterate rapidly while maintaining cohesion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in fashion art direction, ecommerce or editorial
  • Hands-on experience with Midjourney, Gemini or Nano Banana (or similar)
  • Familiarity with structured prompt libraries and reference-led systems
  • Prior work producing scalable, on-brand ecommerce ranges for premium apparel
  • Experience preparing assets for ecommerce platforms and campaign/editorial use
