Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define clear visual direction and guidelines for ecommerce and campaign imagery tailored for a premium menswear brand operating from the UAE (Dubai-based, freelance remote/Hybrid).
  • Specify photography source requirements (flat shots, ghost mannequin, CADs) and create reference packs for capture.
  • Transform flat product photography into realistic, model-led ecommerce imagery using generative AI.
  • Generate and iterate on high-fidelity AI model imagery (editorial and ecommerce) and curate outputs to meet brand standards.
  • Composite garments onto AI-generated models with accurate fit, proportion, drape, and fabric behaviour.
  • Retouch and finish assets to commercial ecommerce standards in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Ensure consistency across product ranges: lighting, scale, skin tones, textures, and file delivery for ecommerce platforms and campaigns.
  • Stay current with AI imaging tools and workflows; experiment, prototype, and document best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in fashion art direction or editorial imagery.
  • Proven experience creating ecommerce imagery without traditional full model shoots.
  • Familiarity with generative tools such as Midjourney, Gemini, Nano Banana (or similar).
  • Advanced compositing and finishing skills in Photoshop.
  • Experience structuring reference-led prompt libraries and iterative workflows.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
