AI Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI powered solutions to automate business and operational workflows
• Build modular AI agent skills and maintain reusable capabilities
• Create and maintain structured context files to support AI agent behavior
• Connect multiple AI skills into coordinated workflows and design interaction logic
• Define acceptance criteria and test AI outputs for accuracy and reliability
• Document skills, context structures, and workflow patterns
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational needs into AI solutions

Requirements

• Experience building AI solutions, automations, or agent based systems
• Experience with prompt engineering and large language model systems
• Ability to create and maintain structured files (JSON, YAML, Markdown)
• Strong problem solving skills and a builder mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python
• Experience with AI agent frameworks or orchestration tools
• Familiarity with command line tools and terminal based workflows
• Experience working in large technology environments
