AI Instructor

Responsibilities

• Teach 11-week live, synchronous, online courses using engaging, student-centered instructional strategies
• Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that promotes active learning and student participation
• Provide timely, constructive feedback and respond to student inquiries within one to two business days
• Host weekly office hours
• Work with Teaching Assistants to co-manage the course and mentor them on grading and engagement
• Evaluate student progress, maintain grade records, and submit evaluations
• Leverage Campus-provided training to utilize embedded AI tools and modern pedagogical practices

Requirements

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in a relevant field; PhD or equivalent welcome
• At least 2 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate college/university level
• Practical AI expertise in generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-driven analytics
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom facilitation skills
• Comfort with digital tools including LMS and video conferencing
• Available to commit 8-10 hours per week per course

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching in online, synchronous, or hybrid environments
• Significant industry experience utilizing AI tools in business operations or data analysis
