AI Integration Specialist

We’re looking for an AI Integration Specialist to join our growing team and help bring cutting-edge AI capabilities into real-world systems. In this role, you’ll be responsible for integrating LLMs, ML models, and AI services into enterprise applications, building and managing data pipelines, and ensuring smooth API-level connectivity across platforms. You’ll work closely with our engineering, data, and product teams to translate ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in systems integration or cloud engineering who’s excited by the challenge of operationalising AI across complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Integrate AI/ML services (e.g., OpenAI, Vertex AI, Hugging Face) into enterprise applications and data platforms
• Develop and maintain pipelines for ingesting structured/unstructured data into model-serving platforms
• Connect vector databases and embedding stores to AI inference workflows
• Build and secure APIs and microservices for model access and downstream applications
• Monitor deployed AI solutions for latency, uptime, and performance, using observability tools
• Support deployment of containerized AI solutions via Kubernetes and CI/CD workflows
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to move prototypes into production
• Ensure compliance with security, authentication (OAuth/SSO), and data governance standards

Requirements

• 5+ years in a systems integration, cloud engineering, or data engineering role
• Experience with integration tools such as Fivetran, Airbyte, dbt, or Airflow
• Strong coding skills in Python (bonus: JavaScript or Bash)
• Experience with cloud-based platforms such as Databricks (bonus: AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and webhook integrations
• Experience working with machine learning APIs, vector databases, or LLM-based services
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
