Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select appropriate AI models based on business needs
• Design and build evaluation frameworks and observability platforms
• Collaborate with data science teams to fine-tune AI models
• Develop and maintain AI-powered application features using Python
• Test and validate AI model performance in real-world scenarios
• Identify opportunities for innovation within existing products

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 4 years of software development experience
• Experience building production applications in modern web frameworks
• Strong knowledge of AI models, agent SDKs, and agent harnesses
• Experience with fine-tuning AI models
• Strong engineering fundamentals with back-end technologies
• Ability to design features with accuracy, security, and performance in mind

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI models into existing software systems
