Responsibilities

• Analyze user workflows to identify repetitive tasks and opportunities for AI automation
• Design user-facing AI workflows for creative research, asset preparation, and campaign analysis
• Build prototypes and MVPs using LLMs, APIs, automation platforms, and scripts
• Connect AI models, marketing data, and external services into scalable workflows
• Validate automation quality through real user scenarios and measurable value
• Improve workflows based on user feedback, product analytics, and data quality
• Document system logic, prompts, integrations, and data flows

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI Automation, TechOps, Marketing Automation, or similar technical roles
• Experience with performance marketing, adtech, SaaS, or content production teams
• Proven ability to turn manual marketing workflows into scalable automation systems
• Strong technical foundation in APIs, webhooks, databases, data pipelines, and AI/LLM tools
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript
• Strong product thinking and ability to work with undefined product problems
• Portfolio or case studies demonstrating AI automations, agents, or user-facing workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with creative factories or media buying teams
• Understanding of the full marketing lifecycle from research to performance analysis
