AI/ML Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) to address real-world challenges, automating complex manual processes across various sectors including healthcare, government, and energy.
• Build scalable data pipelines, optimize and fine-tune models for performance and accuracy, and maintain deployed models to ensure ongoing value.
• Lead impactful projects such as optimizing energy production, modernizing government workflows, and improving patient outcomes in public healthcare systems.
• Interact with government officials internationally and collaborate with founders, AI researchers, and software engineers to solve complex business challenges with first-of-its-kind AI solutions.
• Participate in a dynamic team environment where you will contribute to software engineering, product management, sales, and interpersonal initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI/ML, participate in code reviews, and promote high-quality engineering standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field
• Experience building GenAI-focused applications (e.g., Agents, reasoning models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Strong familiarity with architecture and functioning of large language models
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks: PyTorch, Jax, or TensorFlow
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; proactive and adaptable
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• Ownership mindset and willingness to continuously learn
