AI / ML Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML models to address complex enterprise problems
• Develop and maintain data processing and feature engineering pipelines
• Build prediction engines, pattern-recognition systems and inference services
• Optimize algorithms for performance, latency and resource usage
• Deploy, monitor and maintain models in production environments
• Implement testing for accuracy, bias, robustness and model drift
• Collaborate with data engineers and full-stack teams to integrate solutions
• Provide technical leadership on AI/ML best practices and governance

Requirements

• 8+ years experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise or financial data solutions

• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-facing skills
• Experience leading technical projects or mentoring engineers
