AI Motion & Graphic Designer 3D/2D

Responsibilities

• Own the entire video and visual production pipeline from concept to final export
• Define initial strategy and direction for visual storytelling
• Execute agreed concepts from scratch across all marketing channels

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional motion design, video editing, and graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio specifically within the crypto space
• Deep understanding of Web3
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Proficiency in motion design tools such as Blender or After Effects
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Figma or Photoshop
• Proficiency in AI creative tools like Nano Banana Pro or Replit
• Ability to work asynchronously in a fast-moving startup environment
