Job description
Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel demand generation and hit targets of 10–15 ICP-qualified meetings/month, 5–7 SQLs/month, and $1M+ sourced pipeline/quarter
- Design AI-accelerated outbound campaigns using ChatGPT/Claude for research, sequence generation, and personalization at scale
- Build and maintain ICP definitions, named account lists, and look-alike segments using Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn
- Launch 2–3 meaningful campaign tests monthly across segments, offers, messages, and channels
- Provide SDRs with AI-assisted lists, sequences, and execution-ready messaging
- Maintain dashboards tracking meetings, SQLs, pipeline, and conversion rates; run A/B tests and rapid performance analysis
- Codify learnings into living playbooks for sequences, cadences, objection handling, and ICP insights
- Set up and optimize CRM/MA automation (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce) with reliable tracking and clean data segmentation
Requirements
- 5–8 years in B2B demand generation or growth (services, SaaS, or data/AI)
- Proven track record hitting numeric targets for meetings, SQLs, and pipeline
- Hands-on experience with CRM/MA platforms (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Proficiency with prospecting and enrichment tools (Apollo/ZoomInfo/Clay/LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Strong outbound copywriting for email and LinkedIn with clear, value-led messaging
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) for workflow automation and campaign acceleration
- Basic analytics and dashboard skills for performance tracking and reporting
- Ability to translate technical AI/data capabilities into sharp business-value offers
