Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI-assisted HR workflows
  • Automate recruitment processes using LLMs and workflow tools
  • Develop screening and ranking logic for candidate evaluation
  • Manage ATS data at scale for bulk candidate analysis
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize hiring operations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR Operations/Recruiting Operations
  • AI-native mindset with LLM experience (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
  • Automation development skills (n8n, ATS integrations)
  • Data analysis proficiency (ATS exports, candidate filtering)
  • Prompt engineering expertise for HR applications
  • Strong focus on efficiency and process optimization
  • Understanding of AI ethics and data privacy
