AI Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Deploy AI-powered automations, copilots, and agentic workflows across non-engineering teams
• Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations to identify workflow bottlenecks
• Build workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, n8n, Zapier, Make, Retool, and SQL
• Orchestrate integrations between AI tools and core business systems like CRM and support platforms
• Measure impact through dashboards, usage metrics, and stakeholder feedback
• Enable team members through training, documentation, and hands-on coaching
• Create reusable playbooks, prompts, and workflow patterns for company-wide adoption

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in product operations, business operations, revenue operations, or similar
• Demonstrated experience using AI to automate or improve work in a prior role
• Fluency with modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor
• Technical comfort with low-code/no-code tools, SQL, APIs, and systems integrations
• Strong operational empathy and ability to partner with business teams
• Excellent communication skills for documentation and training
• Analytical, data-driven approach to measuring workflow impact
• High ownership and comfort operating in ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS, MarTech, or PropTech
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or Snowflake
• Experience with agentic workflows, prompt evaluation, or RAG
• Experience with internal enablement or change management programs
